We offer a wide range of services designed to ensure that after choosing the perfect accommodations, everything is perfect when you or your colleagues arrive. Our dynamic, friendly, multi-cultural staff will help every step of the way.
A member of the Cannes Concierge team is waiting to welcome you when you arrive, to help with your luggage, show you in and around the apartment, answer your questions, connect you to the internet and give you the keys. We are available 24 hours a day during your stay. We will also be there for your departure to see you off and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
All our rentals include our Basic Services Package:
- The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before the rental
- Bed and bath linen are installed according to your instructions
- The kitchen is stocked with bottled water, still & sparkling, fruit juice, soft drinks, coffee, tea, sugar, sweets and biscuits
- A complementary toiletry kit is offered to each guest
- The final cleaning of the apartment, utility consumption and Cannes City Tax are included in the rental price.
To accommodate the different needs and budgets of each client, we offer two supplemental levels of service for your rental:
Standard Services Package: Our cleaning team will visit every other day to clean the apartment and deliver fresh towels.
Executive Services Package: Our cleaning team will visit every day to clean the apartment and deliver fresh towels.
We will help you choose the appropriate package when you make your reservation.
